If there is one thing Myrtle Beach doesn’t have a shortage of is restaurants. This year there were five more restaurants added to the long list of dining options. But this group has something in common – they each feature an amazing spot to dine outdoors. Fall has arrived and as the weather continues to cool – now is the perfect time to check these restaurants out next time you plan your vacation with Brittain Resorts & Hotels. Here’s a rundown on what you can expect:
Blueberry’s Grill
At the new Blueberry’s Grill in Barefoot Landing, it’s all about the little details that set this place apart. Not only does the interior feature a modern yet rustic vibe (think subway tile mixed with wooden beams), but the exterior is industrial meets cozy with copper tables and plush couches. There’s even an outdoor fireplace that’s the perfect spot to gather around with friends as the weather cools. The menu at Blueberry’s Grill features a variety of breakfast dishes including everything from the traditional pancakes, french toast, omelets, and waffles to burritos, french beignets, and smoked salmon benedict. On their lunch menu, you’ll find fresh salads, sandwiches, burgers, shrimp and grits, and more. Make sure to try one of their specialty cocktails like a mojito or one of their four mimosas. And if you stop by on a Saturday or Sunday you can make your own Bloody Mary at the gourmet “Build Your Own” Bloody Mary Bar.
Tin Roof
Love live music? Love dining with views of the ocean? Then you should check out Tin Roof Myrtle Beach on Ocean Boulevard! This rooftop bar features a lunch and dinner menu that’s inspired by all things southern. Their menu is quite eclectic and on it, you’ll find everything from Fried Green Tomatoes and Tacos to Comfort Foods like Nashville Hot Chicken and Candy Pig Mac & Cheese. You’ll enjoy all your food with amazing oceanfront views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. They showcase live music nightly and host music-themed brunches – such as Champagne Supernova featuring music from the 90s. And if you go for dinner, make sure to save room for dessert! The Moon Pie Split is as sweet as the oceanfront view!
Lucy Buffett’s LuLu’s
LuLu’s at Barefoot Landing is an oasis of fun, food, and live music. This family-friendly restaurant has a tropical island vibe, which is no surprise as it was created by Jimmy Buffett’s sister – Lucy Buffett. There’s a giant sandpit for the kids to play in and build sandcastles. The menu features lots of fresh seafood, burgers, sandwiches, salads, tacos, and more! And their drinks will take you to an island state of mind as you sip on a Palmetto Purple Lemonade or a frozen Jet Ski Killer. While you dine alfresco, you can enjoy the waterfront views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the sounds of live music from the local bands. It’s time to take a trip to paradise at Lulu’s!
Taco Mundo
Taco Mundo Kitchen Y Cantina is a new restaurant that opened in Barefoot Landing, right on the Intracoastal Waterway. This cantina is authentic, from the spices and flavor of the food to the bright decor around the restaurant. Dig into tacos, rice bowls nachos, fajitas, and quesadillas, and wash them down with a signature margarita, cocktail, sangria, or beer. They also offer mezcals and a wide variety of tequila. Next time you’re craving Mexican, treat your tastebuds to a dinner packed with flavor and an amazing waterfront view!
Bandito’s
Located in the same complex as Tin Roof, Bandito’s Cantina puts a modern twist on some authentic Mexican favorites. On their menu, you’ll find salads, superfood salads, burgers, tacos, burritos, Bandito bowls, and more! And what’s Mexican without an ice-cold margarita? Bandito’s drink menu includes a variety of tasty cocktails, margaritas, tequila, beer, and wine. This restaurant sure knows how to spice things up, so grab some friends and enjoy dining outdoors by the ocean with food as delicious as the views!
