Fall in Myrtle Beach is going to be jam-packed with fun as the current fall events will be joined by the spring festivals that have been postponed due to current events. While some events have unfortunately been canceled, here is a list of the new dates for those Myrtle Beach Spring Festivals that have been postponed:
Myrtle Beach Irish Fest
New Date: June 13th*
The 10th Annual Irish Fest in The Market Common, typically held around St. Patrick’s Day, is following the rainbow further into the summer. Festival goers will still be lucky enough to enjoy Irish food, craft beer, live music, entertainment for the kids, and lots of family fun. Green beer tastes refreshing any time of year, right?!

Myrtle Beach Food Truck Festival
New Date: October 30th – November 1st
Myrtle Beach Food Truck Festival is a convenient way to sample a variety of the coast’s delicious cuisine all in one spot. With over 45 food trucks, plenty of live entertainment, a beer garden, local vendors, and a kids zone—it’s sure to be a tasty time!
Ground Zero Dragon Boat Festival
New Date: August 22nd
The Dragon Boat Festival is Ground Zero’s premier fundraiser and consists of teams of 21 racers paddling their way to the finish, racing to see who finishes in the fastest time. The event will be held in The Market Common with an award ceremony, live DJ, and various vendors following the big race.
Spring Art in the Park
New Date: October 19-20
An update for all art enthusiasts, the spring Art in the Park will move to this upcoming fall. This event draws artists from all over and festival goers have the chance to view and purchase from a variety of mediums including paintings, photography, jewelry, pottery, and more.
Myrtle Beach Jeep Jam
New Date: October 23-25
Beep Beep! Myrtle Beach Jeep Jam is cruising right into its new spot in October. The date may have changed, but the Grand Strand’s mild fall temperatures ensure there’s still plenty of opportunity for some fun in the sun. This will be the second time the Jeep Jam will be held in Myrtle Beach and the event includes a chance to partake in morning beach crawls, an obstacle course, live music, and plenty of vendors selling gear to collect for your and your ride. Coastal Highland Games
New Date: November 14th
The Coastal Highland Games brings Scottish history to life and will return for its second year to the Grand Dunes Marina Park in Myrtle Beach. Clans will compete in traditional events including hammer throws, a sheaf toss, open stone, heavy weight throw, lightweight throw, caber toss, and weight over bar. For the kids, there will be border collie sheep herding, sparing by the knights of Medieval Times, pony rides, inflatables, and much more. This event is sure to be fun for the whole family and involves plenty of friendly competition!
World Famous Blue Crab Festival
New Date: October 10-11
Foodies in the group will be thrilled to hear The World Famous Blue Crab Festival will be joining the Little River Shrimp Fest that’s held every fall, in turn creating a huge tasty seafood festival! Held on the waterfront in the historic town of Little River, each of these festivals celebrates the fresh, local seafood of the coastal area. There will be live music, craft vendors, kid’s entertainment, and more!
Carolina Country Music Fest
New Date: September 17-20
Country music fans get ready to gear up for the annual Carolina Country Music Fest which will feature the same hot lineup, with a new date. Chart-topping headliners of the festival are Luke Combs, Eric Church, and Darius Rucker. Other artists that will be hitting the stage that weekend include Jake Owens, Ashley McBryde, Joe Nichols, and Kelsea Ballerini.
