Do you love Mexican food? We do too, and that’s why we’ve selected the best Mexican restaurants in Myrtle Beach to share with you. Did you know that Myrtle Beach has nearly 2,000 restaurants along the Grand Strand to choose from? Wow! No matter what kind of Mexican food you’re looking for, we’ve got a restaurant that will satisfy your craving. Check them out!
Banditos Restaurant and Cantina
Banditos Restaurant and Cantina has the perfect location that you can’t beat! It is located directly on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. The restaurant is one of the newest oceanfront dining options in Myrtle Beach. The complete menu offers an assortment of tequilas, mixed drinks, appetizers, tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, and more. After the host has seated you, the waiter will greet you with a basket of chips and salsa. Here’s our advice; add on the fresh guacamole and queso dip for extra mouth-watering flavor. Run out of chips? No worries, each table gets an endless basket of chips. Now that’s a win! A crowd favorite for dinner is the crab and shrimp burrito. The burrito is stuffed with shrimp, crabmeat, yellow rice, corn, and creamy spinach and topped with a signature tropical salsa and melted cheese. Yum! The entertainment is always a crowd pleaser with a live band each night. Music, the beach, tacos, and margaritas…does it get much better than that?

Senor Frogs
We love hanging out at Broadway at the Beach. Senor Frogs is right in the heart of Celebrity Square with plenty of entertainment. It’s a great spot for the family to hang out during the day, and for the adults to enjoy at night. Do you have someone in the group that doesn’t like Mexican food? No problem; the menu has a variety of items including tacos, quesadillas, burritos, burgers, wraps, pasta, and steaks leaving everyone satisfied. If you’re looking for an adult beverage, the drink menu is almost as large as the food menu. All drinks can be purchased in the yardstick souvenir cup. The best drinks include fresh margaritas, Froggi-tinis, and sangria. Senor Frogs has a different DJ playing each day of the week to keep you entertained and dancing during your meal. You can never go wrong with the chicken fajitas, which include grilled onions, bell peppers, refried beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream. We’ll take one, please!

Nacho Hippo
Be sure to come hungry when you dine at Nacho Hippo! Everything on the menu is made to perfection, and the portions are large. We recommend starting out with an appetizer of nachos, which aren’t your average nachos. The menu offers over eight different types of nacho platters to satisfy your taste buds. If you’re looking for something spicy, try out “Fire in the Hole!” Other menu items include tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and house specialties. Each taco has its unique creation. A few of our favorite tacos include the Gringo, Carolina kid, Bangin’ Shrimp, and Rock Lobsta. The best part about Naco Hippo is they offer awesome drink prices all day long including $3 house margaritas and $2 bud light limes. The atmosphere is extremely laid back with a beach theme around the restaurant and upbeat music playing in the background. There isn’t a bad seat in the house to take in the gorgeous views of The Market Common.
